Chuck has been practicing law in the Twin Cities since 1987, when he graduated from Notre Dame Law School. He served as a law clerk for Judge Paul Magnuson, U.S. District Court, from 1987 to 1989. Since 1989, he has been in private practice, primarily representing clients in bringing and defending lawsuits in a wide variety of business disputes. He also regularly represents individuals and organizations in freedom of conscience and free speech cases.
Chuck believes that treating others, including opposing parties and their attorneys, with respect and integrity is the most effective means to achieve the best possible results for his clients. In his experience, treating all involved with dignity throughout the lawsuit puts clients in a better position to negotiate a favorable settlement, or if necessary, to win at trial.
